The company was established in 2002 on a 3,000 square metre site in the food industries section of the Greater Shiraz Industrial Estate.

Its built area is 1,500 square metres, of which 1,100 square metres is given over to production halls, warehouses and cold stores, with the remainder comprising administrative, welfare and security areas. Thanks to the experience and expertise of the company’s managers it reached production within a year and obtained its operating licence.

It is a cooperative, and most of its members hold university and specialist qualifications.

Investment in buildings and machinery amounts to more than fourteen billion rials, with working capital of 60,000,000 rials. The company produces pickles and brined vegetables of various kinds and packs tomato paste.

It has an active laboratory and quality control department, which throughout production works on the lines taking samples, monitoring critical points and improving product quality.

In 2006, on the third and fourth of Esfand, the company succeeded through hard work — and by the grace of God — in obtaining ISO 9001-2008 and HACCP international certification. With customer requirements in mind and a view to greater customer satisfaction, a great deal of work was done that year on non-meat preserves and sauces, and by submitting a development plan to the relevant authorities covering new products, the company obtained approval to produce sauces of various kinds.

To that end, in late 2006 a 2,350 square metre site adjoining the existing building was purchased to carry out the development plan, and the construction and commissioning of that scheme was completed in 2007.

In 2009, having kept its quality management system and HACCP requirements up to date, the company obtained ISO 9001-2008 certification.

Given that history, implementing a productivity cycle system was made part of management policy, so that good results could be achieved in both quantity and quality.
